All Uroosiat pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 10 weeks for production and dispatch. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be communicated upon order confirmation via WhatsApp. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

As each garment is made to order and often customized to the client’s measurements, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and our team will be happy to assist you.
